Article 1 – General

2. Fishing Trip Curacao offers fishing trip boat tours in and around curacao
3. Fishing Trip Curacao reserves the right to change reservations when required due to weather conditions, or other legitimate reasons. Passengers will be informed in a timely manner.
4. The captain of the charter always has final responsibility, and safety comes first.
5. By booking a fishing trip, you agree to the general terms and conditions of Fishing Trip Curacao 

Article 2 – Bookings and Day Trips

1. Bookings for day trips can be made per group via our website.
2. Passengers for a day trip must be present at the agreed departure location at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
3. In case of late arrival for a booked day trip, the right to board is forfeited without refund of the paid amount.

Article 3– Liability of Trips

1. Fishing Trip Curacao is not liable for damage to personal property or injury to passengers.
2. All activities organized by Fishing Trip Curacao are at the passengers own risk.
3. In case of force majeure, there is no right to refund or compensation.

Article 4– Passenger Liability

1.  Passengers are liable for damage to property of Fishing Trip Curacao
2. All activities organized by Fishing Trip Curacao are at the passengers own risk.

Article 5 – General Liability

1. Fishing Trip Curacao is not liable for personal injury or damage of any kind, except in case of intent or gross negligence of Fishing Trip Curacao. Liability is limited to the amount of the boat rental.
2. Children are the responsibility of their parents. Life jackets are available upon request.
3. In case of force majeure, there is no right to refund or compensation.

Article 6 – Final Provisions

1. Passengers must follow instructions from the crew at all times.
2. Passengers are expected to respect the environment and properly dispose of waste.

Article 7 – Complaints

1. Complaints should be reported to Fishing Trip Curacao as soon as possible for a suitable solution.
2. Complaints not resolved on-site must be submitted by email to Fishing Trip Curacao within 7 days after the end of the activity.

Article 8 – Personal Data

1.  Personal data is only used for booking purposes and is not kept longer than necessary.
2. The customer gives Fishing Trip Curacao irrevocable consent for the use and storage of personal data.

Article 9 – Cancellation and Payment Policy of Fishing Trip Curacao

1. 1. Payment Policy:

   For all reservations, payment can be made up to 48 hours before the tour.

   2. Cancellation Policy:

   All cancellation requests must be submitted via phone, WhatsApp, or email and confirmed by Fishing Trip Curacao.

   For all reservations:

   – Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the tour date will result in a full refund or customers can change the tour date free of charge.

   – Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
